Recently, production is in full swing in our specialized fiberglass products manufacturing workshop (Hebei Jiarui FRP Co., Ltd.). On-site technicians are focused on a crucial process – hand lay-up reinforcement and installation of the nozzles – for a batch of large GRP tower products destined for overseas markets.
Upon entering the production area, the first thing that catches the eye is the neatly arranged, already wound large tower bodies. Workers are meticulously working around a large-diameter piece of equipment. The nozzles being installed are core components connecting external pipelines; their sealing and strength directly affect the stable operation of the entire equipment in subsequent processes.
The equipment produced this time will be used for chemical media treatment in overseas projects, requiring extremely high corrosion resistance and structural strength. On-site technicians are using a hand lay-up process for nozzle installation. While this process demands a high level of skill from operators, it allows for better handling of complex angle connections, ensuring full impregnation of resin and fiberglass without air bubbles, thus guaranteeing that the mechanical properties at the interface are consistent with the main body.
"Standards for exported products are often more stringent; every layer and every proportion must be precise," explained the engineer in charge of quality control on-site. From fabric cutting to adhesive application, from air bubble removal to curing monitoring, every process is strictly implemented in accordance with the ISO quality management system.

With the recovery of the global chemical and environmental protection markets, our company, as a professional supplier of composite material equipment, has recently seen a steady increase in export orders. This current order, being rushed to completion, covers multiple specifications of tower equipment and supporting storage tanks.
To ensure timely and high-quality delivery, the production department employs scientific scheduling and implements fixed personnel and positions for operations. Not only do we select internationally recognized vinyl ester resins and alkali-free glass fiber as raw materials, but we also implement a "three-inspection system" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection) at every stage of molding, demolding, and assembly to ensure that every piece of equipment delivered to the customer has a long service life.
Over the years, leveraging our technological accumulation in the field of composite materials, our products have been exported to many countries and regions in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and America. The GRP tower equipment being produced this time was optimized from the initial design stage, taking into full account the local climate conditions and operating habits of the customers. It is this attention to detail and adherence to craftsmanship that has earned our company an increasing number of repeat customers in the international market.
After the pipe fittings are installed and tested, this batch of tower equipment will be shipped to its destination to support capacity upgrades.
