Engineer will use fea analysis (ansys, caesar ii) to do calculation for special condition. Types of GRP Profiles
GRPmoulded grating
Grp moulded grating is also called frp grille, which is mainly made of glass fiber as reinforcement material and resin as base. The grating is made of glass fiber interlaced resin cast in the grating mold. It has many regularly distributed rectangular and square spaces. By whole shaped technology, frp grating is a unibody.
Fiberglass manhole cover
Fiberglass manhole covers are made of glass fiber and resin composite materials. Compared with traditional iron manhole covers, they are light and strong. The weight of frp manhole covers is only about one-third of that of cast iron, but the strength is high. Frp manhole cover can be make different patterns and colors to beautify the urban environment.
