Products Description

Recently, a batch of high-performance GRP tower equipment customized by our company (Hebei Jiarui FRP Co., Ltd.) for an innovative integrated chemical project in Kazakhstan has completed all production processes and is currently being packaged at the factory, ready to be shipped to the project site. This batch of equipment will be used in the local caustic soda industry production line, marking a further expansion of the company's chemical equipment market in Central Asia.
Focusing on Corrosion-Resistant Equipment to Meet the Stringent Requirements of Caustic Soda Processes
The production of caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) involves high-temperature, highly alkaline corrosive media, placing extremely high demands on the corrosion resistance, structural strength, and service life of equipment materials. The GRP tower equipment shipped to Kazakhstan utilizes advanced winding molding technology, with the main body made of alkali-resistant vinyl ester resin combined with alkali-free glass fiber, possessing excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and lightweight yet high-strength characteristics. The inner wall of the equipment undergoes a special smoothing treatment to effectively prevent scaling, ensuring efficient gas-liquid mass transfer within the tower and providing stable and reliable equipment support for key processes such as caustic soda evaporation and absorption.
This batch of tower equipment includes multiple models such as absorption towers and scrubbing towers, all designed and manufactured according to ASME and Chinese chemical equipment standards. Additional freeze-thaw resistant treatment on the outer walls has been added to address the harsh winter climate of Kazakhstan, ensuring long-term stable operation in extreme environments.
Precise Packaging Ensures Safe Cross-Border Transportation
At the factory packaging site, staff are strictly adhering to export standards for shockproof, moisture-proof, and collision-proof packaging. Due to the large size of the equipment and the irregular shapes of some components, the technical team developed a segmented packaging plan in advance, using customized steel supports and inflatable cushioning materials, combined with a mix of container and flat rack transport methods to minimize the risk of damage during long-distance land and sea transport. The project manager stated, "From raw material inspection to finished product delivery, we implemented full-process quality traceability. During the packaging process, we invited third-party supervisors to conduct on-site confirmation to ensure that every tower unit is delivered in perfect condition."

Deepening Roots in the Central Asian Market, Continuously Empowering the Chemical Industry
The Kazakhstan Innovative Integrated Chemical Project is a key industrial upgrading project promoted by the country, aiming to create a high-end industrial cluster integrating basic chemicals and fine chemicals. As a core component, the caustic soda plant has strict entry requirements for equipment suppliers' qualifications, technology, and service capabilities. Our company leverages its years of technical expertise in FRP equipment and successful application cases in Central Asia, the Middle East, and other countries.
This collaboration not only validates the adaptability of our products in the caustic soda industry but also lays a solid foundation for future market expansion in the chlor-alkali, metallurgical, and environmental protection sectors in Central Asia. We will continue to uphold the philosophy of "survival through quality and development through innovation," continuously optimizing the structural design and molding process of GRP towers to provide global customers with more efficient and durable non-metallic chemical equipment solutions.
