On March 28, the Client arrived Hebei Jiarui Factory, to conduct on-site quality inspection of the pipe spools to be delivered. The product inspected is FRP piping spool, these will be installed in BASF Zhanjing Project. Our direct customer is Global.The inspection focused on product design standard compliance, material performance and pipeline adaptability, marking a new stage in the cooperation between the two parties in the field of energy infrastructure.
Strictly control international standards to create a safe pipe fitting system
The pipe spools inspected this time strictly follow the international standards of ASME B31.3 and ASTM D2996, covering core components such as tees, elbows, and reducers. The customer inspected various parameters, and the results showed that the product met the design specifications 100%.
In response to the construction needs proposed by the customer, the diameter of the pipe spools developed by Hebei Jiarui this time ranges from DN25 to DN1000. In the water pressure test simulating actual working conditions, there was no deformation or leakage in the main structure of the pipe fittings, and the stress distribution data fully met the expected value of FEA (finite element analysis). The entire inspection process, from the workshop to the data chain, the whole process quality traceability has been highly recognized by customers.
