GRP insulation tank, also known as fiberglass insulation tank or FRP insulated tank,is a fiberglass tank with insulation layer. It can be used in food and brewing industry, fertilizer industry, and Aquaculture industry.
We have make many ice storage insulation tank for Sunwell from year 2010. the tanks are exported and used in their project all over the world.
Tank Structure
The interior of GRP insulation tank is a traditional fiberglass tank completed, outside is PU insulation layer with FRP skin.
Inside tank
Food-grade, nontoxic and tasteless, flat or sloping bottom;
Insulation layer
Polyurethane layer, jacketed insulation including hot water circulating piping layer, if need, can install electrical heating cable or heating plate.
Outer skin
5-6mm thick FRP skin, and expansion joints if need.
Accessories
Nozzle flange, ladder and cage, handrail, support
Application
Ice slurry storage, salty water storage, soy sauce container and vigegar container etc.
