Manufacture process
There are two methods to manufacture the fiberglass flanges:
1.Contact molding: According to the customer's requirements, select proper stainless steel mold of the flange and hand-lay up on the mold , then after demolding and cured, we get an integral FRP flange.
2.Insert pipe flange: First make the FRP found flange, insert the flange into the short pipe, hand-lay up and strengthen the joint parts to the standard thickness, and after cured, you will get the Fiberglass flange with short pipe.
